This model of plate freezer looks like shelf, you can put aluminum tray or fish directly to freeze,

Aluminum tubes comes inside the plate inside where freon will evaporate, you can put into a cold room to comprise a simple plate freezer, obviously it is more cheaper than that of conventional plate freezer,  

you can freeze or  cool product on layers, more efficient than air blow in the blast freezer, because of contact freezing directly.

Its frame is made of SS304, rust-resistent, meanwhile the layers is made of Aluminum. It is absolutly Food-grade.

Of course, you can put it in a blast freezer to get more efficience.
